System Update allows you to keep your Artis running the latest available OS (Operating
System), which you can download from the Kurzweil website.
The le that is used to install a new OS version with sounds is combined into one le called
a KUF le (.KUF).
A USB ash drive or computer (using a USB cable) can be used to perform the System
Update.
Install using a USB ash drive
1. Download the System Update le from the Kurzweil website or another reliable source
and save it in a known folder or directory on your ash drive.
2. Connect the ash drive to the USB STORAGE slot of Artis (powered off).
3. Follow the instructions specied on page 10-1 to enter System Mode.
