Remove the secondary driven bevel gear and
shim.
Remove the secondary driven bevel gear
shaft from case.
TRANSMISSION CASE COVER
BEARING/OIL SEAL REPLACEMENT
Inspect the shift shaft oil seal and
speedometer gear oil seal for wear or damage.
If any defects are found, replace the oil seal
with a new one.
