Caller ID
Caller ID identifies a caller before you answer the phone by displaying the number of the
incoming call. If you do not want your number displayed when you make a call, follow
these steps.
1.
From the Home screen, press Menu (center softkey) > Settings > Device > Call
setup > Caller ID.
2.
Highlight Network default, Hide number, or Show number, and then press
.
Call Forwarding
Call forwarding lets you forward your incoming calls to another phone numbereven when
your phone is turned off. You can continue to make calls from your phone when you have
activated Call forwarding.
To activate or deactivate Call forwarding:
1.
From the Home screen, press Menu (center softkey) > Settings > Device > Call
setup > Call forwarding.
2.
Select Always forward, Forward when busy, Forward when unanswered, or
Forward when unreachable.
3.
Select Activate or Deactivate. To check the current status, select Check status.
4.
If you are activating, enter the number you want to forward your calls to, and press
Done (left softkey).
5.
Press .
Note: You are charged a higher rate for calls you have forwarded.
Call Barring
Call Barring allows you to prevent certain calls being made from or to your mobile phone.
To activate or deactivate Call barring:
