2. Highlight the message you want to delete and press Options (left softkey) >
Delete.
3. The following options are available:
 This: Select to delete only the highlighted message, and press Yes (left softkey).
 Multiple: Select to delete multiple messages, and after finishing your selection,
press Delete (right softkey) > Yes (left softkey).
 All: Select to delete all messages, and press Delete (left softkey).
Manage Your Messages
1. From the Home screen, press Menu (center softkey) > Email.
2. Press Options (left softkey) > Manage.
3. The following options are available (options vary depending on the type of account):
 Mark read/unread: To mark the message(s) as read or unread. After finishing
your selection, press Read (right softkey) or Unread (right softkey).
 Move to: To move the message(s) to other folders. After finishing your selection,
press Move (right softkey).
 Star: To star the message(s). After finishing your selection, press Set (right
softkey) to star the message(s), or Clear (right softkey) to clear the star(s).
 Flag: To flag the message(s) for follow-up. After finishing your selection, press
Set (right softkey) to flag the message(s), Complete (right softkey) to mark the
flagged message(s) as completed, or Clear (right softkey) to clear the flag(s).
 Sort: To sort the messages by Date, Sender, Read/Unread, Flag, Meeting
invite, Attachment, or Size.
Email Settings
1. From the Home screen, press Menu (center softkey) > Email > Options (left
softkey) > Settings.
2. Configure the following settings (options vary depending on the type of account):

● Set default account: If you have more than one email account, specify which is to
be used when the Email app is launched.
