Camera and Video
Take a Picture or Record a Video
Activate Camera or Video Mode
► From the Home screen, press Menu (center softkey) > Camera > Camera or
Video.
Deactivate the Camera or Video Mode
► On the Camera screen, press or .
Take a Picture
1. From the Home screen, press Menu (center softkey) > Camera > Camera.

Press Options (left softkey) to change the camera settings as desired. See
Configure Camera Settings for more information.

Using the phone’s main screen as a viewfinder, aim the camera lens at your subject.

Press Capture (center softkey) to take a picture. The picture will automatically be
saved in the selected storage area. See Configure Camera Settings.
To return to camera mode to take another picture, press Camera (center
softkey).
Note: By default, the camera is set to Auto Focus mode. It takes a few seconds for the
focus tracking to lock onto the subject. To change the Auto Focus settings, see
Configure Camera Settings.
5.
Press Options (left softkey) to access the following options:
Send to send your picture by Bluetooth, Email or Messaging. See Send Pictures
and Videos.
Set as to set the currently displayed image as a contact photo or wallpaper. See
Assign Pictures.
Delete to delete the currently displayed image. Confirm the deletion by pressing
Yes (left softkey).
