IMPORTANT
• Use unfolded Oufuku hagaki (Return postcard).
• How to load envelopes (orientation and facing) will differ depending on the type of envelope. Be sure to
load it in correctly, otherwise printing may be done in the wrong direction or on the wrong face.
NOTE
When you load envelopes in the multipurpose tray, select the envelope type by referring to the following:

Specify the type of paper loaded in the multipurpose tray using the operation panel.

Remove the paper from the cassette once and reload the paper upside-down or change the loading direction by
rotating the paper 180 degrees.

Is the paper damp?
Replace the paper with new paper.
