Once the arm is released, pull it towards the front of the truck until it locks.

To close the swivel arm, just pull down the left-hand lock lever and push the arm to its home position
alongside the hopper. Make sure the arm is securely locked.
Warning!
Fold and lock the swivel arm back into position along the hopper before moving the
vehicle.
