Sending SMS
To send a SMS, the user of the LT-3100 system must access the Phone submenu (MENU -> Phone -> SMS).
In the SMS window all sent and received SMS are visible. In Figure 66 the SMS window is illustrated with
‘No Messages’. Press the soft key ‘New’ to prepare a new SMS. It is possible to reply to an existing
conversation (phoner number, Email address) when entries are available. Figure 66 to Figure 72 illustrates
sending a new SMS (to a normal phone number).
NOTE: If the Contact has a Phone Number and an Email address the user will need to choose
between the two for the message destination.
