6.1 Configuration Messages
6.1.1 User Configuration
It is possible to define up to 8 cellular users. Users 1 to 6 are cell phones that receive human-
readable messages, and users 7 & 8 are GSM modems connected to computers and receive the
data in a “computer friendly” format.
Message format:
CFGUSM,user number,phone number,status list,enable
user number: 1 to 6 are human users (cell phones), 7 & 8 are GSM modems & computers.
phone number: The cell phone number that will receive the messages from the SLC-220.
status list: The first letter of the status that will trigger a message to the user. Multiple statuses
can be listed in this field: W (water), O (oil), H(high-oil), A(air), F(fail). The list is
not coma separated, and is effective for all enabled sensors.
enable: Enable or Disable messages to the listed user. E = Enabled, D = disabled.
Example: CFGUSM,3,+987654321,OHF,E
User number 3 is configured to receive SMS messages (last E = Enabled) to phone
number +987654321 when any of the sensors is in Oil, High-Oil or Fail status.
Note: This setting can also be done from the LCD display if the SLC-220 includes it.
6.1.2 Active Sensors
Determines which sensor out of the maximum four connected sensors will be active and report
status.
Message format:
CFGSEN,sensors indexes (4 digits)
sensors indexes: A four digit list starting with sensor #1 and ending with sensor #4. An active
sensor will be listed by its’ number, a non-active sensor will list a 0 (zero) in
its’ location in the list.
Example: CFGSEN,0204
Sensors 2 & 4 are active (enabled), sensors 1 & 3 are not active.
Note: A disabled sensor will not accept other settings and calibration parameters changes.
Note: This setting can also be done from SLC-Manager PC program or from the LCD (if installed).
