After executing the command
COMM_RS232 EI, 3,EO,"\R\NEND\R\N"
the oscilloscope will assume that it has received a complete mes-
sage each time the <ETX> (decimal value 3) is detected. Response
messages will be terminated by sending the character sequence
"<CR><LF>END<CR><LF>".
