Adjustment method
(1) At 10mV/div and an amplitude of approximately 4.0div, adjust the
waveform. Set the frequency response to the range of 4.7 to 4.9 /
6.0div.
(2) At 500mV/div and an amplitude of approximately 6.0div, adjust the
waveform so that overshoot is within the standard range.
(3) Adjust the frequency response (500MHz) to be in the range of 3.7 to
3.9 / 5.0div.
