4.5 Adjust the V-belt Tension
1. Disconnect the secondary PTO-shaft.
2.
Remove the bolts of the inspection hole cover (1).
3. Remove the inspection hole cover (2).
4. Remove the nuts (3) and (4).
Nut (4) is accessible via the inspection hole.
5. Remove the bolts (5).
6. Remove the V-belt housing.
7. Turn the tensioning device clockwise to tighten the V-belt.
8. Adjust the V-belt tension until a force of 70 N (7 kg) applied to the V-belt
between the left and right pulleys moves the V-belt 10 mm.
9. Turn the pulleys several times and make sure the V-belt tension is
correct.
