A01. PAINT FINISH
a) Wash the vehicle. (Hand washing
is recommended.)
b) Visually and by hand inspect all
body panels (doors, trunk lid, fend-
ers, engine hood, roof panel) for
surface damage from shipment or
any abnormalities (surface rust,
paint flaking, chips, dents or
scratches).
Note: Use a well-illuminated area
to clearly inspect all painted sur-
faces. 800-lux illumination is recom-
mended.

ALIGNM ENT
Visually and by hand check the fol-
lowing parts for proper installation,
rust, fit, misalignment and loose
items:
a) Front and rear bumpers
b) Window moldings (front, side and
rear)
c) Lexus emblems (front and rear)
d) Outside rear view mirrors
e) Headlight and rear combination
light lenses
f) Doors, engine hood, trunk lid and
fuel door
g) Sliding roof

i) Door outside handle
j) Radiator grille
k) Vehicle name mark
