problem
If you use a protection tape or case,
make sure it has not covered the area
around the proximity sensor. Make
sure that the area around the proximity
sensor is clean.
No sound Vibration mode
Check the settings status in the sound
menu to make sure you are not in
vibration or no interruptions mode.
Phenomenon
generated
whereas the
app being
used shuts
down
Heat is being
generated through
the app being
used, so exit the
app being used in
order to prevent
low temperature
burns and handset
malfunctions.
If the handset’s temperature goes down
after a while, it can be normally used.
The front
camera’s
(taking
selfies)

blurred
If photos are taken
out of range they
might be blurry.
50 - 60 cm is the recommended
distance when taking selfies. Please
take them in this range.

generated, or photos

depending upon the
usage environment.
Are you using the flash?, or take them
