i. Ring Count range: user-defined minimum value ~ user-defined maximum value
ii. Count display: When using ring counter, user-defined minimum value of Ring
Count is not displayed.
Ring counter value is saved at the following special K area.

increasing count, Carry only occurs and count does not stop differently
