3. Compared output
a. High Speed counter module has a compared output function used to compare present
count value with compared value in size to output as compared.
b. Available compared outputs are 2 for 1 channel, which can be used separately.
c. Compared output conditions are associated with >, =, < .
d. Parameter setting
i. Compared output mode setting
ii. Upper setting value is saved in special K area.
