v. Mode 4 (Count value > Compared value)
I. If present count value is greater than compared value, output is sent,
and if count value decreases to be less than or equal to compared
value, output is not sent.
vi. Mode 5 (Compared output Minimum set value ≤ Count value ≤ Compared
output Maximum set value)
I. If present count value is greater than or equal to compared output
Minimum value and less than or equal to compared output Maximum
set value, output is sent, and if count value increases/decreases to
exceed compared value’s range, output is not sent.
