iii. Mode 2 (Count value = Compared value)
I. If present count value is equal to compared value, output is sent. In
order to turn the output Off, Compared output Enable and Compared
output signal is to be On.
iv. Mode 3 (Count value ≥ Compared value)
I. If present count value is greater than or equal to compared value,
output is sent, and if count value decreases to be less than compared
value, output is not sent.
