LS U5020 - Maintenance Checks

(1) Checking refrigerant amount
 The refrigerant amount can be checked through the checking window of receiver dryer as below.
 Preparation for checking
(a) Run engine at more than 1600rpm.
(b) Turn the blower control switch on ‘3’ stage.
(c) Place the air conditioner switch “ON” and turn right the heater control switch fully.

▶ The refrigerant status on checking window can be a little different figure by the
ambient temperature. Generally, the bubble is apt to generate during mid summer
and it is hard to generate during mid winter.
▶ If it is a trouble on air conditioning system, DO NOT disassemble the components
arbitrary, contact the dealer or service center.
