(3) Replacement of Engine coolant
Capacity : 9.0 ℓ (2.4gal) : U5010 / U5020
10.8 ℓ (2.9 gal) : U5030
Check
Check the engine coolant of radiator and
expansion tank whether it is insufficient or not.
Do not open the radiator cap except to check the
engine coolant or change it.
Warning
When opening the radiator cap, be careful of the escaping hot water or steam.

Cool down the engine coolant sufficiently before opening.
Supplement
In case of supplement of engine coolant, use the clean soft water.
If not, the engine coolant jacket shall be corroded or rust shall be generated.
Drainage cock
Replacement
When draining the engine coolant of engine or
radiator, open the drainage cock under the
radiator to drain the engine coolant.
When supplying water, attach the overflow pipe
and supply the water up to the inlet of radiator.
For aux. tank, supply the proper amount of water
separately.
Anti-freeze is added to new tractor water.
After passing the first winter after purchasing,

change the engine coolant.
Anti-freeze
If the density of anti-freeze in the engine coolant is low, the engine coolant may freeze and the engine
or radiator may be damaged.
Use anti-freeze always and if no anti-freeze, drain the engine coolant in the winter time.
(drainage outlet :radiator drainage cock, engine engine coolant drain plug)
Wash the radiator or jacket 2~3 times with clean water before adding new anti-freeze.
The amount of anti-freeze depends on temperature, Engine coolant amount.
Start the engine for 5 minute after injecting the anti-freeze to mix it with water well

The engine coolant cock must be opened only when the engine is cooled down.
