5-10. General maintenance (When required)
(1) Air-bleeding from Fuel system
The air in the fuel may cause weak injection or the failure of engine start or stop.
To prevent such failure, bleed the air from fuel system.

When changing the fuel filter, it is not needed to bleed the air from the high
pressure pipe.

1.Loosen the fuel filter air bleed plug by spanner
1.Loosen the fuel filter air bleed plug by spanner
2.Press the priming pump several times, attaching
some fabric to the air bleed plug part.
If no bubbles from the air bleed plug, the process
is completed.
3.Tighten the air bleed plug.

If there is some dust in the valve, can be removed with air pressure. In this case,
separate the air bleed plug and hose from the fuel filter. Then blow these out to
remove the dust.
