How to use jumper cables
if the battery which is attached to the tractor is discharged and needs to connect a auxiliary battery,
follow the instructions as below.
Engine
Normal Discharge

Connecting Jumper cables
Check followings before connecting the cables.
- is the spring of clamp normal?
- Is the cable and clamp cut-off?
1. Stop engine, apply parking brake and remove the
ignition key.
2. Connect two (+) terminals of both batteries.

Removing Jumper cables
Remove jumper cables as right figure, “Removing
order of jumper cables”.

Caution
The gas generated from the battery can be exploded by spark.
DO NOT connect the negative(-) cable of auxiliary battery to the negative (-)
terminal of tractor battery. Make sure to connect to the engine block.
Keep all flames and sparks away and DO NOT smoke while you charge battery.

3. Connect one end of black cable to (-) terminal(

of auxiliary battery and the other end to engine
block desired to start (

check the electrolyte level of each battery.

Pay attention not to change the (+) and (-) pole. If not, it may cause a failure of
electric circuit or the damage of wire and even the polarity of battery can be
changed at over-discharged state.
