Turn on when the execution of PIDCAL instruction is completed.

Turn on when an error is detected with MV_MIN value.

Turn on when an error is detected with MV_MAX value.

change the setting of EN_P, EN_I, and
EN_D by reference to the chapter 15.3.1.

Replace the CPU module with K3P-07BS
(B type) or K3P-07CS (7 seven up).
