Apply power to Satellite controllers
On Facepack diagnostic screen, verify Satellite controllers have
been "Assigned" and are "Communicating"
Before proceeding, confirm that the number of total Chassis'
assigned and communicating equal the total number of Primary and
Satellite controller.
Note: The assigned Chassis numbers do not always correspond
with the installed Primary and Satellite controllers shown on
the display.
