X
Check that the heater's regulator is set to maximum heat
output (only for MT without air conditioning unit).
The ventilation of the heating system is thereby ensured
during the filling.
X Slowly fill coolant through the opening of the equalising
reservoir until the fill level lies between the “MIN” and “MAX”
markings.
Make sure that no air bubbles develop and that the air in the
system can escape through the opening.
X Start the motor.
Run the motor at low speed.
3 The cooling system is vented.
X Turn the motor off when no more air bubbles rise to the
surface.
X Check the coolant level once more, add more coolant if
necessary and start motor again.
X Close the cooling system with the cap at the expander tank.
The system needs to be filled completely.
