First lubrication
• Remove the plate (1).
• Remove the old grease from all the gear
teeth (2).
• Apply a thin layer of new grease to all the
gear teeth and allow it to penetrate for
approx. 10 minutes.
• Apply a second, thicker layer of grease and
allow it to penetrate for approx. 30 minutes.
• Attach the plate.
Subsequent lubrication
• Remove the plate (1).
• Apply new grease to all the gear teeth (2).
• Allow it to penetrate for approx. 30 minutes.
• Attach the plate.
