Cleaning oil filter 1
• Remove the cover (1).
• Remove the cap (2) and pull out the hydrau-
lic oil filter.
• Place the filter in a receptacle.
• Remove the filter (4) from the filter cage (5).
• Clean the filter cage (5) and the magnetic
rod (3).
• Replace the filter (4) if necessary.
• Assemble the filter (3) and insert it.
• Replace the cover gasket if necessary.
• Bolt the cap (2) on.
• Fasten the cover (1).

Risk of damage to the hydraulic system.
Large amounts of metal particles are a sign of damage in the hydraulic sys-
tem.
Have the hydraulic system inspected by
Manitowoc Crane Care or by your
qualified repair crew.
