If the flag is set as 'No' the ATA will not send the REGISTER message to Registrar proxy or Outbound
proxy as applicable when SIP Account is enabled and configured with relevant information. ATA will start
sending NAT Keep Alive message (if applicable) only when call is initiated.
When 'Send REGISTER?' flag is set to 'No' for Proxy SIP account, SIP account will be considered as
'Active' (or registered). In this case, the 'Status' page of Web Jeeves will display the registration status as
'Active' for the relevant SIP account.
For proxy SIP Account where 'Send REGISTER?' is set to 'Yes', if 'SIP Over TCP' is disabled in 'WAN Port'
but 'Transport Configuration' on corresponding SIP Account is set to either 'TCP' or 'TCP (fallback to UDP),
SIP account will be considered as Failed. For such case, the 'Status' page of Web Jeeves will display the
registration status as 'Failed' and OG/ IC calls will not be allowed by ATA. Also, 'Reason for registration
failure' will be displayed as 'TCP Disabled'. Refer chapter 'Checking the Status' for details about status
parameters.
The Yes or No flag will not affect processing the incoming calls by ATA.

flag is provided as 'Yes' or 'No' for 'Allow Outgoing Calls Without Registration?'. The feature is applicable
