For Setting Time Server manually, refer following Webpage:
Time Server
• You can select one of the following free Internet Time Servers provided in the combo box:
• ntp1.cs.wisc.edu
• time.windows.com
• time.nist.gov
• By default, 'ntp1.cs.wisc.edu' is selected.
OR
You can set the NTP server address manually, by entering the IP address/domain of any other time server.
Select the blank NTP address box and enter the IP address/domain manually. By default, it is blank.
