Call Waiting
This feature notifies you of another incoming call, when you are busy on a call. You will get beeps during speech
when you have waiting call. Ensure that feature is enabled in Class of Service. Refer “Class of Service” in chapter
'FXS Port'. For frequency and cadence of the Call Waiting Tone, refer CPTG in chapter “System Parameters”.
You have three options, when you are busy with the current call:
• You can reject the waiting call.
• You can hold the current call and attend the waiting call.
• You can disconnect the current call and attend the waiting call.
• If the feature is disabled, you will not get waiting beeps for the waiting call and the call gets rejected.
How it works?
• You can attend/reject the call on IP when first call is on PSTN.
• You can attend/reject the call on IP when first call is on IP.
• You can attend/ignore the call on PSTN when fist call is on IP.
This feature is applicable only for FXS Port.
Using Web Jeeves
Open the Web Jeeves and click on 'Supplementary Services' link. (Both Admin and User can access this Web
page) The Web page will be shown below:
Call Waiting: Check the box to set/cancel the feature. By default, it is 'set'.

A dials Flash-#3 Beeps stop. The call with C is rejected. A in speech with B
Hold current call and attend waiting call
A dials Flash-#4 B goes on Hold. A in speech with C
Disconnect current call and attend waiting call
A dials Flash-#5 B gets disconnected. A in speech with C
