Matrix SETU ATA211 V1 System Manual 51
• To avoid dialing the number in two stages by caller, the feature 'Multi Stage Dialing' is supported by ATA211
where caller only dials the complete number in one stage and ATA211 converts the dialing method in two
stages.
• When this feature is used, ATA211 (at calling end) will accept the complete number from caller and only
dial the number of remote SIP device which is also ATA211 (at called side). When call gets mature, ATA211
(at caller side) then sends the remaining number in DTMF to the called device.
• While ATA211 is sending the DTMF (actual destination number which is the extension of called PBX),
caller will hear the routing tone or silence depending on the 'Play Routing Tone' flag programmed in
'System Parameters' page.
• Customer should program following parameters for this feature: (refer 'How to program?' topic to know
which web page should be configured for these parameters)
• Program Dialed Number List and Substitute Number List
• Enable Automatic Number Translation (ANT) on desired SIP Account
• DTMF ON Time
• DTMF OFF Time
