SHARPENING
Chain
sharpening
is
divided
into
two
main
steps
-
sharpening
cutter
teeth
and
l
owering
depth
gauges.
The
names
of
the
parts
of
the
cutters
are
shown
in
Figure
19.
The
use
of a
McCulloch
Depth
Gauge
too
l
and
a
McCulloch
File
Guide
is
recommended to make chain sharpening
a relatively easy
task. Your McCulloch
chai
n saw
serviceman
will
advise
what
clearance
to
set
your depth
gauges.
