Service and Repair Manual
55. Disconnect motor encoder loom (352-
191-V01) from J2.
56. Remove the 3-off M6x12 socket cap
head motor retaining screws
57. Lift the motor out of the base casing.
58. Remove the motor mounting plate from
the motor.
Earlier Test stands
This is fixed to the motor using 4 off M4
x 12 screw skt cap and 4 off 35mm
hexagon spacers.
From Serial Number
This is fixed with 4 off M4 x 45 skt cap
screws through 4 off 35mm long
stainless steel spacers
Remove the drive coupling from the motor
drive shaft and fit to the new motor (note
that in the picture the motor mounting
plate and pillars have been removed for
clarity) using 2 off M4 x 5 dog point grub
screws, securing them with loctite 243.
The motor shaft and adaptor are keyed for
alignment.
Refitting of the Motor
is the reverse of the above procedure
