AMB Active Magnetic Bearings

missioning.
CPLD Complex Programmable Logic Device
Allows flexible, compact and efficient digital circuit
designs.
Dig I/O Digital I/O
Custom specific interface of the IMC15 featuring
digital inputs and outputs as well as an isolated 24
VDC power supply.
Displayfile File containing the menu and screen pages defin-
ing the user interface of the display.
DSP Digital Signal Processor
Dedicated processor for fast calculations that is
suited for control applications.
FC Frequency Converter
Firmware Unlike software, firmware is program code that is
stored in nonvolatile manner on a hardware com-
ponent. The IMC15‘s firmware consists of three
