Using the RLC Adapter for Low-voltage Testing
The RLC adapter (optional for most units; standard on ADX15A) is installed on the back of the unit as shown below.

1. Remove the standard lead set from their receptacles and store in their backpack or a clean dry place.
2. Ensure that the RLC test leads are properly connected to the RLC adapter. Connect lead 1 to the lower level and
lead 2 to the upper level.
Two options are included with the ADX15A as shown in the image below. The set on the left uses the DLRO Connect
system with pistol-grip spring-loaded probes. They are typically used on medium or larger sized commutators. The
spring-loaded probes on the right are used for smaller devices.
