Simultaneously press the button for single-cup dispensing and the
On / Off button for more than 2 seconds.
The standby symbol is illuminated after a brief heat-up phase. Subse-
quently, the symbol for the water reservoir will be illuminated.
Flip up the lid of the water reservoir (Fig. A, no. 7) and pull the water
reservoir up and out of the appliance.
The symbol for the milk shower is illuminated.
Place a bowl under the milk shower.
Turn the rotary switch for the milk shower clockwise to open the milk
shower.
Warning!
Danger of scalding due to hot steam
Avoid scalding injuries from the milk shower when evaporating the appli-
ance.
Water runs out of the milk shower and into the bowl; also steam escapes. The
symbol for the milk shower is ashing.
When steam no longer escapes, turn the rotary switch for the milk shower
anticlockwise to close the milk shower.
The appliance has been dried out.

lter in a glass of water in the refrigerator if the device will not be used for
a longer period of time.
