Operation of the machine
8.1 Mount standard bending rollers
The rollers must be mounted very carefully.
Step 1: Unscrew the nuts at the shaft ends and mount or replace the bending
rollers.
Step 2: Screw on and tighten the nuts.
8.2 Adjust side guide rollers
With the aid of the lateral guide rollers, the bending of the workpiece can be
corrected again.
In addition, the lateral guide rollers are also used for special machining, such
as for the manufacture of springs or spirals

Step 1: To adjust the lateral guide rollers, screw or unscrew the nuts
(Fig. 10, arrows) with a fork wrench.
ATTENTION!
The rollers may only be mounted when the machine is swit-
ched off and the mains plug has been removed.
ATTENTION!
Before each use, check whether the rollers are clean and
free of grease. Dirty or dirty rollers can lead to slipping. The
material must also be freed from coarse oil and grease resi-
dues before processing.
NOTE!
All spacers must always be applied to the shaft to ensure
correct seating of the rollers. Finally, push the spacers that
are not needed onto the shaft and make sure that the rol-
lers are tight after tightening the nuts.
