Operation of the machine
Standard roles The ring bending machine is supplied with a set of standard rollers which,
when arranged properly, is capable of bending most of the hot rolled profiles
commonly found on the market.

It is important that the rollers are well aligned on the machine and arranged in
the most favorable position for the particular profile type.
This avoids an exaggerated force of the machine and a useless twisting of the
profile bar.
The stretching process by the rollers should be controlled so that the work-
piece between the rollers fits well and can advance under slight pressure.
In the case of the majority of the profiled bars, a considerable swelling will
occur during the bending process inside the ring, which is attributable to the
compaction. In this case, it is recommended to leave the middle roll a bigger
game.
