•Thewaysofusingseatbeltshaveagreatinuenceon
themaximumprotectionofferedbytheseatbelt,you
mustcomplywiththechildrestraintmanufacturer's
instructionsonproperuseofseatbelts.Ifseatbelts
arenotproperlyfastened,aminortrafcaccidentmay
alsoleadtoinjury.
•Childrestraintsthatarenotttedcorrectlymaymove
andinjureotheroccupantsintheeventofanaccident
oremergencybraking.Therefore,evenifthereisno
infantorchildinthechildrestraint,italsoshouldbe
ttedproperlyandsecurelyinthevehicle.

Childrenshouldnotbeallowedinareas
whereairbagsmaybedeployed,thereisa
riskofseriousinjury.
Onlyrecommendedchildrestraintssuitable
fortheage,heightandweightofthechild
shouldbeused.
DONOTplaceanyitemsinareaswhere
airbagsmaybedeployed,thereisariskof
seriousinjury.
Intheeventofasidecollision,thesideairbagscanprovide
betterprotectionforthepassenger .However,when
theairbagistriggeredaverystrongexpansionforceis
generated,ifthepassenger'sseatingpositionisnotcorrect,
theairbagsoritemsinthesideairbagdeploymentarea
maycauseinjury.
Whenthecorrectchildrestraintisusedtosecurethe
childproperlyintherearseatandthechild'sseating
positioniscorrect,thereisenoughspacebetweenthe
childandthesideairbagdeploymentregionfortheairbag
todeploywithoutanyhindrance,andthusprovidethe
bestprotection.
