movetheshiftleverfromPgear.IfshifttoPgear
again,theshiftleverwillbelockedagain.

GearshiftSpeed
WithDgearselected,thespeedatonegearvaries
dependingontheacceleratorpedalposition:asmaller
throttleopeningwillresultinthegearshiftatalower
speed,andalargerthrottleopeningwillrenderthe
transmissiontodelaythegearshiftaction,andthegear
shiftiscompletedafterthevehiclereachingahigherspeed.
Kick-down
Thedrivewheelsmayskidwhenkick-downis
activatedonroadsurfaceswithlowadhesion,
thismayleadtothevehicleslidingoutof
control.
WithDgearselected,pressingtheacceleratorpedalall
thewaydowninonemotion(alsoknownasKick-down)
willprovidebetteraccelerationperformanceduring
overtaking.Undercertainconditions,itwillallowthe
transmissiontoshifttoalowergearimmediately,and
providefastacceleration.Oncetheacceleratorpedalis
released,itwillresumeasuitablehighergear(basedonthe
vehiclespeedandthepositionoftheacceleratorpedal).
VehicleStart-off
Thevehiclecanonlybestartedwiththebrakepedal
pressedandPorNselected;afterselectingthe
desiredgear ,andwaitingforthefullengagementofthe
transmission,releasethebrakepedal,thevehiclewill
automaticallystartoffataslowspeed.
