WiththeignitionswitchinpositionACC,theAUTO
lightingsystemwillbedefaultedasON(1).TheAUTO
lightingsystemwillautomaticallyswitchthesidelamps,tail
lampsandswitchbacklightsonandoffaccordingtothe
intensityofcurrentambientlight.
WiththeignitionswitchedtoONposition,theAUTO
lightingsystemwillautomaticallyswitchthesidelamps,tail
lampsandswitchbacklightsaswellasdippedbeamsonand
offaccordingtotheintensityofcurrentambientlight.
Note:Thisfunctionusesalightsensorthatmonitors
exteriorambientlightlevels.Thesensoristtedin
frontoftheinstrumentpanelnearthewindscreen.
DONOTmaskorcoverthisarea.Failuretoadhere
tothismayresultinheadlampsoperatingwhennot
necessary.

Rotatethelightingleverswitchtoposition2toswitch
onthesidelamps,taillampsandswitchbacklights.With
theignitionswitchintheOFFposition,ifthesidelamps
areonandthedriver'sdoorisopened,anaudiblealarm
