observed.

OverheatingProtection
Incaseoffrequentstart-offatahightemperatureor
transmissionoverload,twin-clutchsportronictransmission
maygetveryhot.Inordertopreventtransmission
damage,thesystemwillperformanoverheatingprotection
routine,thetransmissionoverheatingwarninglamponthe
instrumentpackilluminatesorthemessagecentredisplays
relevantwarningicon,accompaniedwithanaudiblealarm.
Withthetransmissionoverheating,thetransmission
overheatingwarninglampwillilluminateyelloworthe
messagecentrewilldisplay"IncreaseSpeedorStopSafely",
atthemoment,pleaseincreasespeedtoabove20km/hor
parksafelyandshiftthelevertoPpositiontocooldown
thetransmissionastheconditionspermit.
Withthetransmissionoverheatingseriously,the
transmissionoverheatingwarninglampwillilluminatered
orthemessagecentrewilldisplay"StopSafely",andthe
engineemissionmalfunctionindicatorlampon,please
parksafelyandshiftthelevertoPpositiontoallowthe
transmissiontocool.
Afterparkingsafely,thetransmissionoverheatingwarning
lampwillilluminateredorthemessagecentrewilldisplay
"PleaseWait".Onlywhenthetransmissiontemperatureis
lowereddownandthetransmissionoverheatingwarning
lampgoesofforthemessagecentredisplays"Readyfor
DriveAway"canthevehiclestartoff.
Ifthedriveradherestotheinstructionsdisplayedin
themessagecentrefor20minutes,thetransmission
overheatingwarninglamporthewarningmessageisstill
notalteredordisappeared,pleaseseekanMGAuthorised
Repairerurgently,orthetransmissionmaybeseverely
damaged.
LimpMode
Whensomefailuresoccur ,thetransmissionwillenterLimp
Modeandwillonlyfunctioninsomegears,insomecases
