BatteryMaintenance
DONOTleaveelectriccomponentsswitched
onwhentheengineisnotrunning,the
batterymaybecomeatandyouwillnotbe
abletostarttheengine.
Y oucanseethebatterywhenyouopentheengine
compartment.Thebatteryismaintenance-freetype,
thereforethereisnoneedtorelluid.
Note:Ifthevehicleisstoredformorethan1month,
removethenegativecablefromthebattery.Make
surethattheignitionswitchhasbeenturnedoffbefore
connectingordisconnectingthenegativebattery
cable.
BatteryReplacement
Thebatterycontainssulphuricacid,whichis
corrosive.
Thebatterycontainssulphuricacid,whichiscorrosive.
PleasegotoanMGAuthorisedRepairertoremoveand
installthebattery.Onlytareplacementbatteryofthe
sametypeandspecicationastheoriginaltomaintainthe
correctvehiclefunctionality.
Thebatterymustbedisposedofusinganapproved
method,usedbatteriescanbeharmfultotheenvironment.
Itshouldberecycledbyaprofessionalcompany.Please
