Keepthevalvecapsscreweddownrmly-theypreventdirt
fromenteringthevalve.Checkthevalveforleaks(listen
foratell-talehissing)whenyoucheckthetyrepressure.
PuncturedT yres
Y ourvehicleisttedwithtyreswhichmaynotleakif
penetratedbyasharpobject,providedtheobjectremains
inthetyre.Ifyouareawareofthisoccurring,reducespeed
immediatelyanddrivewithcautionuntilthesparewheel
canbetted,orrepairsundertaken.
Note:Ifthesidewallofthetyreisdamagedor
distorted,replacethetyreimmediately,DONOT
attemptarepair.
T yreWearIndicators
T yresttedasoriginalequipmenthavewearindicators
mouldedintothetreadpatternatseveralpointsaround
thecircumference.
Whenthetreadhasworndownto1.6mm,theindicators
willcometothesurfaceofthetreadpattern,producing
theeffectofacontinuousbandofrubberacrossthewidth
ofthetyre.
IMPORTANT
Thetyremustbereplacedwhenitisworntorevealthe
wearindicator,ortheremightbetheriskofaccident.
