Whenadjustingtheheadrestraintfromalowpositiontoa
highone,pulltheheadrestraintdirectlyupward,andgently
presstheheadrestraintdownwardafteritreachesthe
desiredpositiontomakesurethatitislockedinposition.
T oremovetheheadrestraint,pressandholdtheleftguide
buttons(shownbyabovegure),andpulltheheadrestraint
upwardtoremoveit.
Whenadjustingtheheadrestraintfromahighpositionto
alowone,presstheleftguidebutton(shownbyabove
gure),andpresstheheadrestraintdownward;release
thebuttonafteritreachesthedesiredposition,andgently
presstheheadrestraintdownwardtomakesurethatitis
lockedinposition.
