ifthereareanysignsofdamage,replacethe
beltimmediately.
Alwaysensuretheredreleasebuttononthe
seatbeltbuckleispointingupwardstoensure
easyreleaseintheeventofanemergency.
Pleasefollowtheinstructionsbelowtoregularlycheck
whethertheseatbeltwarninglamp,seatbelt,metaltab,
buckle,retractorandxingdeviceareworkingcorrectly:
•Inserttheseatbeltmetaltabintothecorresponding
buckleandpullseatbeltwebbingclosetothebuckle
quicklytocheckthatthebeltclasplocks.
•Holdthemetaltabandpulltheseatbeltforwardquickly
tocheckthattheseatbeltreellocksautomatically,
preventingthewebbingfromextending.
•Fullyextracttheseatbeltandvisiblyexaminefortwists,
fraying,splitsorwornareas.
•Fullyextracttheseatbeltandallowtoreturnslowlyto
ensurecontinualandcompletesmoothoperation.
•Visiblyexaminetheseatbeltformissingorbroken
components.
•Ensuretheseatbeltwarningsystemisfullyfunctional.
Iftheseatbeltfailsanyoftheabovetestsorinspections,
contactanMGAuthorisedRepairerimmediatelyfor
repairs.

disassembleordisposeoftheseatbelts.Have
anynecessaryrepairscarriedoutbyyourMG
AuthorisedRepairer.Inappropriatehandling
