PressSTARTSTOPbuttonontheinstrumentpanel,oncea
validkeyisdetectedinthevehicle,engineimmobiliserwill
bedeactivatedautomatically.
Ifthemessagecentredisplays"SmartKeyNotDetected"or
"PutKeyIntoBackupPosition",pleaseputtheremotekey
atthebottomofthecentreconsolecupholder(referto
"AlternativeStartingProcedure"in"StartingandStopping
Engine"section),ortrytousethesparekey.Ifthecar
canstillnotbestarted,pleaseseekalocalMGAuthorised
Repairer.

Whenthevehicleislocked,theturnsignallampsashthree
times;whenitisunlocked,theturnsignallampsashonce.
Y oucanchoosetounlockthedriverdoororalldoorsby
usingthe"CarSetting"ontheentertainmentdisplay.
