thetransmissionupshiftslater,soastomakefulluseofthe
powerreservesoftheengine.Whenbetteracceleration
isrequired,pleaseselecttheSportmode,butnotethat
thefuelconsumptionwillbeincreasedwhendrivingin
Sportmode.T ocancelSportmode,movetheshiftlever
leftwardstoDgear.
For4WDmodels,whenmovingtheshiftleverrightwards,
itisstillinDgearstandardmode.AllT errainmode
knobcanbeusedtoselecttheSportmode.Formore

CruiseControlMode
Withthecruisecontrolfunctionenabled,theautomatic
transmissionwillswitchtotherelevantgearforthevehicle
speedautomatically,therebyavoidingfrequentgearshift
whenthesystemneedstomaintainaconstantspeed.
