WhentheignitionswitchisplacedinONposition,HDC
systemisdeemedasclosed.Pressthebuttontoturnon/off
HDCsystem.
Normally,HDCsystemhasfourstatesasfollows:
1Standby:pressHDCswitchtostartHDCsystemand
enterintostandbystate.AndHDCindicatoronthe
instrumentpackilluminatesgreen.
2Operating:inStandbymode,whenthevehicledrives
downtheacutedownhillsurface,andthedriver
doesnotdepressthebrakeandacceleratorpedal,if
thevehiclespeedishigherthan8km/hbutlessthan
40km/h,HDCsystemwillautomaticallyenterintothe
Operatingstate.Meanwhile,HDCindicatoronthe
instrumentpackashesgreen,whichisaccompanied
bytheworkingnoiseofthebrakepump,andthe
vehiclespeedisobviouslyreduced.
Whendrivingforward,thetargetspeedunderthe
controlofHDCsystemis8km/h.
Whenreversing,thetargetspeedunderthecontrolof
HDCsystemis3km/h.
3T emporaryDeactivation:depresstheaccelerator
pedalorbrakepedaltoacertainextentinOperating
mode,HDCsystemwilltemporarilyremoveitself
fromtheoperatingstate.
4Off:pressHDCswitchagaintoturnoffHDCsystem.
Note:Whenthevehiclesteersatafastspeedonthe
hillwithacertaingradient,HDCsystemmayswitch
fromStandbymodetoOperatingmode.
Note:WithHDCsysteminoperative,thebrake
systemwillautomaticallypressurizeandhold,when
depressingthebrakepedalatthistime,youwillbe
respondedwithacertainpressurefeedback,whichis
normalduringtheoperationofHDCsystem.
