1 The MultiMACS Cell24 Magnet moves into the start position.
2 When the instrument prompts you to do so, insert or remove the Multi-24 Column Block or the MultiMACS
Single-Column Adpater.
The Multi-24 Column Block and the MultiMACS Single-Column Adpater can be only inserted in one
direction.
3.5.2 Placing plates
1 The MultiMACS Cell24 Magnet and the MultiMACS Column Holder move up.
2 The instrument prompts you to insert, change, or remove deep well plates.
3 Place the deep well plates under the columns on the Tip-Touch Plate.
4 Make sure that the Multi-24 Column Block or the MultiMACS Single-Column Adapter and the deep well
plates are aligned for correct assignment of the samples.
